Kaigelu 316 Plunger Filler: Epilogue

"...And the rabbi's beard? 100% horsehair. Nice catch C.H.E.E.S.E.!"
Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E. wrapping up another case.

After all the industry of the last few posts, I thought it might be a good idea to report on how the Kaigelu plunger filler is settling in as a writer. Last night, it was brimmed with ink, just to see how the nib's standard feed copes with a full tank behind it (tip - drape a paper towel over the nib when playing Gouletian roulette to cheat the house of any staining potential!).

I'm happy to say that the pen has been fine all day, with even and consistent flow, no burps or drops to speak of. The nib on this 316 is smooth and well behaved (as it was before the filler modification), with no skips or hard starts. Huzzah!

Jolly good: Rymans Pocket Notebook, Kaigelu 316.

In other news, I notice that the Fountain Pen Network is down again this evening, this time due to a DDOS attack!

So what are you going to do about it? Just sit there? Of course not! You're going to meet the threat toe-to-toe, Queensberry rules. Enlist today!

Wishing all a great weekend,

Flounder
